Overview

VEGA-TSW-G employs MEMS accelerometers for gravity-level sensing and a tri-axial gyroscope for angle measurement in vibrating or dynamic conditions. A high-speed 32-bit processor runs an advanced statistical filtering algorithm to estimate X (roll) and Y (pitch) angles even while the platform is in motion, with integrated relays that switch output when a user-configured threshold angle is exceeded.

With an update rate of up to 20 Hz and factory calibration over its full temperature range, VEGA-TSW-G is a solid-state, high-reliability sensor ideal for OEM integration — supporting both static and dynamic applications such as heavy equipment, dumper trucks, cranes and scissor lifts in severe vibrating environments.

How VEGA-TSW-G Processes Sensor Data

Accelerometer and gyroscope data are fused through an on-board statistical filtering engine to estimate roll and pitch, driving both the serial output and the relay switching logic.
